The Lodge is believed to be where some of the servants lived to the main house in the old Marquis’ days - but now it’s a little more comfortable than then! Not many servants enjoyed the benefits of their own Sauna!

The Lodge is situated just behind the main house and has central heating. It makes a great place to stay in any season. All of the rooms have countryside views, the only noise you’ll hear are the cows which occupy the field next door.

The accommodation consists of:

One double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower. The compact living /dining/ kitchen area is well equipped with a microwave, fridge and TV* and video.

In addition to a patio area outside the lodge it has its own Boat House patio area next to the lake.

There is a sauna in the lodge for guests use.
