Booking Conditions / Frequently Asked Questions
1. The properties are strictly non-smoking.
2. Guests are welcome from 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
3. Personal towels are not included but bath mats and tea towels are included.
4. Bed linen is included in the House and can be arranged for a small fee in the chalet and caravan.
5. A Welcome Food basket with local produce can be arranged by prior order.
6. Fishing and sailing must be arranged before arrival.
7. Dogs are welcome, if kept out of bedrooms and off furniture.
